In addition to this, Steffany spent 16 years as a power skating instructor and strength and conditioning coach for the NHL’s Edmonton Oilers and St. Louis Blues. She is the Co-developer of Skate Canada’s CanPowerSkate program and is one of only two recognized Master Skating Coaches through Hockey Canada.
